Alfred is an end-to-end resident solutions technology platform that handles everything from in-home resident services to property management. As Brand Designer, my challenge was to create a design system that translates “what we do” to all of our audiences: residents, building owners, and communities.

A print & digital marketing campaign launched at the start of summer to introduce new in-home services geared towards vacation season.

Zero Waste @ The Waypointe

The Waypointe planned to launched a new zero waste program including composting and new recycling programs. We created a multi-media campaign to introduce residents to the new sustainability offerings.
